By accessing or using Good Love Mind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Good Love Mind is a mindfulness application that provides:

• Daily Sunrise reflections and flow arc generation
• Night Mirror evening sessions
• AI-powered insights across Life, Money, Art, and Spirit dimensions
• Paid Daily Practice features including living memory and guided clarity

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Good Love Mind currently offers a free Open Door tier and a paid Daily Practice subscription:

• Daily Practice is billed monthly at $12.00 USD
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through the App or Stripe customer portal
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the reflections and content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your content to provide the service
• Use AI to generate insights from your reflections
• Store your content securely

We will not sell or share your personal reflections with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate insights and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and reflective purposes only
• The App is not a substitute for professional mental health advice
• AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You should seek professional help for serious mental health concerns

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Good Love Mind and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Love Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
