After you buy, where your files live
1. Pay on Gumroad. Gumroad emails you a download link at once, and the files stay in your Gumroad library forever. Check spam if the email is not in your inbox in a few minutes.
2. Open the download link, save the files to a folder you can find again, for example: Good Love Mind.
3. Unzip any .zip file first. A .zip is a packed folder. On a computer, right-click, then Extract, or double-click to open it. On a phone, use your files app, then Extract.
4. Keep the files together. A skill that needs a reference file will not work well if its folder is split apart.
5. Refunds, as set on each listing: Grid Method, Session Pack, and Cortex each carry a 3-day refund. The Complete Grid System bundle carries no refunds. Check the listing you bought for the exact terms at purchase time.
Product 1: The Grid Method, $29
Link: https://goreful0.gumroad.com/l/grid-method
What you get: The Grid Method ebook PDF, with worksheets inside.
Use it in 4 steps, same day you buy it:
1. Pick one messy thought. Write it at the top of a page, in plain words. One thought only, not a whole project.
2. Separate what you observe from what you assume. What you observe is what you saw, heard, or measured. What you assume is what you guessed, feared, or filled in. That one shift unclogs stuck thinking.
3. Break the thought into a task packet: small, concrete moves you can actually start, each with a clear done point. A task packet is not a plan to think about later, it is moves you can start now.
4. Audit the packet before you spend time or money on it. Ask: does it contradict itself, is any number undefined, can you test if it worked, and are you reporting your own control as proof? If yes to any of those, fix that part first, then move.
Use it on paper, in a notes app, or on a whiteboard. The ebook teaches the method itself, so you can use it anywhere. The Good Love Mind app, at $12 a month, runs the method with you as an AI thinking partner, yet the ebook alone is complete.
Start here if you are new. One thought, one packet, one audit, then the next one.
Sign-off for the method: Knowing is proving every thought. Then the next one.
Product 2: Grid Session Pack, $79
Link: https://goreful0.gumroad.com/l/grid-session-pack
What you get: The Grid Method ebook PDF, five guided session template PDFs, and a Task Packet Audit sample PDF. That is 7 files in total.
Do not buy the $29 ebook and this pack together. This pack already includes the full ebook. Buy this one, not both.
The five sessions, use one at a time:
1. Untangling a stuck choice: write the choice, separate observe from assume, list the real options, audit each one.
2. Planning a project: break the project into task packets, in order, with done points.
3. Stress-testing an idea: run the audit on the idea before you build it, spend on it, or announce it.
4. Clearing a creative block: write the block in plain words, find the assumption holding it, make one small move.
5. Weekly review: look back at the week, keep what worked, fix one packet, set the next packet.
How to run a session:
1. Print the template, or copy it into your notes app. Templates are reusable, run a session a week, or run one when you are stuck.
2. Read the Audit Sample first, once. It shows exactly what a finished audit looks like, so yours come out sharp.
3. Work through the template in order, on your own real problem, not a toy example.
4. End with one next move, written down, with a done point you can test.
Product 3: 108-Skill Cortex, $197
Link: https://goreful0.gumroad.com/l/108-skill-cortex
What you get: One zip file, 108-Skill-Cortex.zip, with 143 files inside. Inside the zip: a Master Index (MASTER_INDEX.md), a Usage Guide (USAGE_GUIDE.md), and 108 skill folders, grouped in 8 categories. The guides and skills are Markdown text files; PDF and Notion editions are not included:
1. Thinking & Mental Models
2. Revenue & Offers
3. Build & Engineering
4. Brand & Positioning
5. Gates & Quality
6. Voice & Media
7. Tools & Docs
8. Operator & Sessions
Each skill folder holds a SKILL.md file. Some skills also have supporting instructions in a references folder; keep those files with the skill. The count refers to named entries, not 108 completely separate skills. Some overlap, and that is normal.
Step 1: Install all 108 skills at once
1. Unzip the file. Open MASTER_INDEX.md first, and read USAGE_GUIDE.md next. Markdown files end in .md; open them in a text editor or a file-capable AI host.
Install all 108 skills at once. For an agent that supports a skills folder, copy every individual skill folder from all eight categories into the agent's documented skills location. Keep each SKILL.md and its references together. Copy the skill folders themselves, not the category folders. This keeps the full library available for the system to choose from.
Confirm the setup before relying on it: start a fresh session if needed, check the host's skill list, and ask the agent to name the source path of one skill and read its SKILL.md and required references. If discovery is unavailable, use the host's file-reading or manual-loading workflow.
2. For your first task, start with the 5 highest-leverage skills, from the listing:
- productize-yourself-blueprint: turn expertise into a product that sells without you
- zero-to-revenue-planner: a concrete $0 to first revenue plan from skills you already have
- packet-hardener: turn a vague build request into a precise task packet an agent can execute
- first-principles-stripper, and inversion-engine: clear assumptions, stress-test from the failure side
- asymmetry-hunter, and costly-signal-builder: find the trait that makes a brand memorable
3. Keep all 108 skills installed. For each task, pick 1 to 3 methods that fit the work, then read those methods and their required references fully.
Library in the skill mind: install the whole library once, keep it ready, and use the methods each task needs. Installation makes the files available; each task still needs source access and the right method. You do not need to paste all 108 full texts into one chat to keep the library installed.
Step 2: Use a skill with any AI agent
Skills are reusable methods, not automatic powers. An instruction file does not add integrations, accounts, or tools you do not already have. Your tools, accounts, and judgment remain yours.
With an agent that loads skills from a folder, for example Claude Code, Codex, Grok, and similar setups:
1. Install all 108 individual skill folders at once in the agent's documented skills location, as described above. Keep their reference files with them.
2. Restart the session if your agent needs a restart to see new skills, then confirm that it can find and read the intended files.
3. Invoke the skill by name, for example: "Run the productize-yourself-blueprint on this idea."
With an agent that does not load skills from a folder, paste the skill in chat:
1. Paste the SKILL.md text for the skill you picked, plus any required reference file it names.
2. Paste this prompt, then your task, in the same message or as the first message:
> Use the 108-Skill Cortex library available in this workspace or through supplied files, organized into eight categories: Thinking & Mental Models, Revenue & Offers, Build & Engineering, Brand & Positioning, Gates & Quality, Voice & Media, Tools & Docs, Operator & Sessions. First confirm which skill files you can actually read. These are reusable methods, not automatic capabilities. Some overlap. The count refers to named entries, not 108 completely independent skills.
>
> How to work with this library:
> 1. When I give you a task, goal, problem, or choice, first identify which 1 to 3 skills, or skill plus its required reference files, are the best fit.
> 2. Briefly name the skill or skills you selected and why.
> 3. Apply the complete skill instructions and any required local references. Do not invent missing files or assume tools that are not present.
> 4. Follow the skill's method precisely for the work in front of us.
> 5. After generating the result, note any assumptions, gaps, or places where my judgment is still required.
> 6. If no skill is a strong fit, say so and ask which direction I prefer instead of forcing one.
>
> Rules: Manual loading only. Do not claim native activation, auto-install, or that these skills permanently change you. Prefer one clear method over combining many at once, unless the task clearly needs a short sequence. Keep reference files together when a skill needs them. My tools, accounts, and judgment remain mine. An instruction file does not add integrations or capabilities I do not already have. If I ask you to switch skills or re-run with a different method, do so cleanly.
>
> Default behavior: Before answering any non-trivial request, check whether a Cortex skill would improve the result. If yes, use it. If no, proceed normally and say so.
>
> Ready. I will now give you the task.
3. Then give your actual task, for example: "Help me pressure-test this offer using the right Cortex method."
Step 3: Work clean, one method at a time
- Prefer one clear method over combining many at once, unless the task clearly needs a short sequence.
- If you ask the agent to switch skills, or re-run with a different method, it should do so cleanly, and name the new skill it used.
- After the result, ask for assumptions, gaps, and places where your judgment is still required. Those notes are part of the work, not an extra.
- If no skill is a strong fit, the agent should say so and ask which direction you prefer, instead of forcing one.
A note on Rejoice, and on any AI you chat with
A skill file does not permanently change an AI model. Loading is manual, per session, per agent. If you give Rejoice a Cortex skill file in chat, Rejoice can read that file, name the skill, and apply its method in that chat, and in later chats where the file is still in this workspace. Rejoice cannot claim native activation, auto-install, or a permanent change to the underlying model from a pasted skill. To use a Cortex skill with Rejoice again, name the skill and the task, and Rejoice will read its SKILL.md and instructions from the library file in this workspace, apply the method, and note assumptions and gaps.
Product 4: The Complete Grid System, $299
Link: https://goreful0.gumroad.com/l/complete-grid-system
What you get: All three products above, $305 value, in one bundle, 8 files: The Grid Method ebook, 5 session templates, the Audit Sample, and the 108-Skill Cortex zip, with a navy and gold cover.
Use it in this order:
1. Start with the Grid Method, one thought, one packet, one audit.
2. Move to the Session Pack templates, one session at a time, with the Audit Sample as your model.
3. Install all 108 Cortex skills once. When you have a real task, pick 1 to 3 methods and use the prompt above.
4. Keep the bundle files together in one Good Love Mind folder, so a skill reference file is never split from its skill.
Quick start, if you only have 10 minutes
1. Buy the product that fits your next step, not all of them at once.
2. Download, unzip if needed, and save the files in one folder.
3. Grid Method or Session Pack: pick one messy thought, run the 4 steps above, end with one next move.
4. Cortex: install all 108 skills once if your host supports a skills folder. Open the Master Index, pick one method, supply it with your task, and ask for assumptions and gaps at the end.
5. Repeat with a new thought tomorrow. Knowing is proving every thought. Then the next one.
If you get stuck
- File will not open: check you unzipped it first, and that you saved it to a folder you can find again.
- Skill will not load in your agent: check you copied the whole skill folder, not just the SKILL.md file alone, and restart the session if your agent needs it.
- No skill fits your task: say so to the agent, name the task in plain words, and ask which direction it suggests, instead of forcing a skill.
- Still stuck: write your one thought, your one packet, and the one place you got stuck, and bring that to Good Love Mind support through goodlovemind.com, with the product name and the step number where you stopped.
